Michael Lambert, CISSP, CPP, EnCE

With more than 30 years in the data processing/ information technology industry, Michael Lambert has focused on computer and information security for the last 15 years. He has experience in computer forensics lab creation, lab operations, and electronic discovery collection, preservation, processing and delivery.

Prior to joining Pathway Forensics, Michael served as forensics analyst for a large corporation where he designed, implemented and operated its computer forensics laboratory, in conjunction with the legal department, to support corporate security and human resources investigations. He has been involved with computer investigations and incident response from the time when the Internet became widespread and later worked as a computer security consultant heading a penetration test team that trained companies and government organizations on how to protect their Internet systems from hackers.

Michael has been a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) for the last 11 years. Since 2006, he has been collecting, processing, and delivering ESI (electronically stored information) as an Encase Certified Examiner (EnCE). Micheal is also a member of ASIS International (ASIS), Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA).
